Abstract:	Throughout the Borough we operate a network of Neighbourhood Offices to assist in the delivery of our services to our customers. These offices are fitted with automatic doors, the majority of which are of Kaba manufacture & installation. These doors approx 39 in number across 21 separate locations are serviced and maintained during 2 x 6 monthly visits carried out during normal office hours, Monday – Friday. Our present arrangement includes comprehensive cover for all doors, this includes all call outs, on site labour and necessary parts required during a 12 month period. Call out, labour charges and parts required as a result of deliberate damage are not included.
