Short description of the contract or purchase(s)
The Contract comprises of the supply of a rapid response and emergency glazing service to Council owned properties within the Metropolitan Borough of Sandwell.The properties covered by this contrract include approximately 32,00 domestic dwellings and public buildings.
Renumeration for the work undertaken will be via one of two pre-priced schedule of rates plus or minus a tendered percentage.
One schedule of rates covers all public buildings, the other schedule of rates covers domestic housing.
