Abstract:	Throughout the borough we operate a network of offices to assist in the delivery of our services to our customers. These offices are fitted with roller shutter doors and windows. There are approximately 320 roller doors and windows in number across 30 separate locations throughout the borough. This list may be subject to change as new sites are added or old sites removed You are requested to quote for the following: i.A planned preventative maintenance programme (to be agreed with Sandwell Homes officers) of annual service visits to be carried out during normal office hours, Monday – Friday, 8am – 6.30pm. A service report for each site should be provided upon completion of each preventative maintenance visit detailing any work carried out and to the status of each site. ii.Schedule of rates for all responsive repairs, call outs, on site labour and necessary parts required during a 12-month period. iii.You must be able to provide an out-of-hours service and respond to emergencies within 4 hours. Your quotation will offer fixed prices for 12-month duration of the contract. It is desirable that contractors are Chas and Constructionline registered.

2 Contract Details

2.1 Title
