Abstract: Sandwell Homes Ltd invites expressions of interest from suitably experienced security and communications technology integrators to pre-qualify for invitation to tender (ITT) for the overall management and delivery of the project, together with the provision of a four (4) year framework agreement for post installation planned preventative maintenance and fully inclusive support of borough wide installations.NEW CONTROL CENTRE Complete control room fit out to include technical furniture, consoles, display walls, command & control systems, communication systems, digital recording systems and project engineeringBOROUGH WIDE Provision of a Borough Wide, metropolitan area communications network to provide video, voice and data circuits between each existing concierge site and the new control centre at Roway Lane. In addition further network circuits may be required between law enforcement agencies, other public buildings and social community alarm networks, to be advised in the tender package.EXISTING REMOTE SITE INTEGRATION De-commissioning of existing display, control and recording local CCTV and Concierge systems. Provision of new nodal hub based networked matrix switching, networked digital video recording, and concierge system at each location, including physical security measures and uninterruptible power supplies.Other remote Access Control, CCTV, Door Entry, Intruder Alarm and social community alarm networks may be integrated into the new centre at Roway Lane, to be advised in the tender package if applicable.
