Abstract:	Every year we produce a number of different documents outlining our services and procedures; these include Tenants Handbooks, Service Charters, Policy Documents, Complaint Procedures to name but a few. Our tenants represent many different cultures and it is important that we communicate with them to the best of our ability, consequently all of our documents are translated into the following languages as standard: Arabic Punjabi Bengali Somali Gudjarati Urdu Hindi We are also being asked to provide translations into: French Czech Albanian Farsi Kurdish We will award the contract to either one, or several, specialist Companies who are able to provide translation services into some or all of the above languages. The award winning Companies will be approached as and when required with an English Language document and will be expected to forward an accurate translation into the one or more languages requested by the document originator. It is anticipated that documents will normally be transmitted by E –Mail in PDF format. We envisage that most documents will be processed within 10 working days however, extensions will be permitted, if required, for larger documents.

2 Contract Details

2.1 Title

SHD 37 - TRANSLATION SERVICES

2.2 Description of the goods or services required
