Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

The work comprises of the delivery, errection, hire and removal of aluminium towers and scaffolding to facilitate the safe access to maintenance works, some of which is of a jobbing nature, arising at Council owned properties within the Metroploitan Borough of Sandwell.

The properties covered by this contract include approximately 32,000 domestic and public buildings.

Renumeration for the work undertaken will be via one of two priced schedules. Schedule A covers towers and schedule B covers tubes and fittings. Contractors may tender for one or both schedules.
